Mastercard Business Intelligence will be accessed through Mastercard Connect, a secure platform designed to connect Mastercard to its business partners. Therefore, Mastercard Connect credentials are needed in order to access Business Intelligence.
If your company does not have a Mastercard Connect company account, please go to “I do not have Mastercard Connect credentials. How do I request access to Business Intelligence”
Please follow the below instructions to access Business Intelligence:
1) From the homepage, just click "Log in to Trends"
2) You will be redirected to the Mastercard Connect page, where you will be requested to input your Mastercard Connect credentials
3) Upon first login, you may need to order Mastercard Business Intelligence through the Mastercard Connect Store
4) If you cannot find Mastercard Business Intelligence available to order, please send an email to Business Intelligence Support and a member of our support staff will contact you shortly.
If you don't remember your username or password, please initiate the process to recover your credentials by clicking on "Forgot password or PIN".
